Leading Swedish ultrarunner K-G Nystrom will be hosting a new 6 Day race in Gothenburg, Sweden this summer.
Scheduled for August 30th 2009 the race will take place in Slottsskogen – a park in Gothenburg – www.villabelparc.se.
Course is a gravel and asphalt 700 meter loop. But the most amazing feature of the race is that it is free for runners not from Sweden + Norway + Denmark + Finland. That is such an awesome gesture.
Race also includes 6/12/24/48 and 72 hour races – something for every ultrarunner.
Plus, if youre still undecided, “there will be rewards for good results. All male runners passing 700K and all female passing 600K will be awarded. 900K/800K will give 5.000 Euro.”
