Here are some information about the race:
The competition takes place on a 400 m red dirt track in Adolf-Brühl-Stadium in Hamm near Dortmund
Rounds are counted electronically by the “Bib Chip- Systemâ€.
During the competition there are resting areas as well as toilets inside the stadium. (more…)
The IsarRun will not be held again according to the website and has posted a message that translates:

In the next, as well as in subsequent years, there will be no more IsarRun.
Unfortunately, we are from many different reasons forced the IsarRun no longer on it too.

On an earlier post, some days ago, I said that Hiroko was very close to Jorg. I must have been mistaken by an hour because she is sttill edging closer and closer to Jorg everyday. Yesterday she tied the stage with third placed Uwe Schietzoldt.

Transe Gaule RD, Jean Benoit has sent news of the upcoming Deutschlandlauf 2007 in English and French:
Avec l’inscription récente de notre Australopithèque préféré Kelvin Marshall* ce sont pas moins de 10 Vétérans transegaulois qui se retrouveront lundi prochain 10 septembre à l’extrémité nord de l’Ile de Rügen sur la ligne de départ de la Deutschlandlauf 2007. Au programme 17 étapes comprises entre 55 et 93 km pour un total de 1205 km à se coltiner si possible sans grimacer. Arrivée des survivants le 26 septembre à Lörrach, à la frontière Allemagne-Suisse-France tout près de Bâle. (more…)
