Subject: 4th Annual Virginia 24-Hour Run For Cancer – 21 April 2007
Registration is now open for the above race. Every dollar of your entry fee goes to the American Cancer Society. The race flyer is (or will be shortly) posted to my local running club website:

This race has been growing each year. Last year we had 3 runners go over 100 miles, 7 did 75 miles, and 18 covered at least 50 miles. There were also 8 relay teams. We raised over $5000. Course records are 110 miles for men and 90 miles for women. There will be an “official” race host hotel 2 miles away this year which will offer room discounts. Sign up now!
