The 24 Heures Du Confluent 2013 took place on the 6 & 7th April in Portet-sur-Garonne in France. A large field of 158 starters produced some quality results with Vincent Rivoire first man covering over 245 km (152 mi 1154.7yd).

Leading lady was Severine Audinet who ran 181 km leading five women who covered more than 100 miles and 27 runners altogether.
