I got extremely sick also but mine hit about 12 hours after my run was over (thank God). I was as sick as I ever remember just as you said. It lasted about 4 days. John Geesler also ended up with the same thing, nasty!! Anyway- congrats on your race, nice job considering the amount of time you spent with the illness. It was really nice to meet you and Jane.
