Across The Years 2006 - Results
This years race was cooler than recent previous editions and even had a little rain on the night before the race began. A full field took full advantage of the cooler weather to create an event with quality runners keen to end the year in style. John Geesler won the 72 hour with 287.073. Irelands Tony Mangan had a solid run finishing in second place with 279 miles and Dave Luljak returned to form with 261 miles. Ladies winner Tracey Thomas held on after having to walk for a considerable to finish 4th overall with 250 miles.
